The air conditioning provided a welcome respite from the summer heat, ensuring a truly restful experience in the impeccably clean and modern room adorned with lovely parquet flooring. I was particularly touched by the staff's warm attitude towards my elderly parents, making their stay not only comfortable but also enjoyable with thoughtful amenities, including free toiletries and a well-stocked breakfast featuring a delightful variety of choices. the hotel's prime location, just a short stroll from the Grand Canal and city center, made it an ideal base for exploring the rich history of the area.
